What is Poemia?
Poemia is where you browse profiles, like the ones you want to talk to, and start conversations. Every conversation begins anonymously — your name and photos are only shared when you choose to reveal them.
What does it mean that chats start anonymous?
When a conversation opens, the other person cannot see your name or your photos. You reveal your identity with a single action, whenever you want to. Until then the conversation is all there is.
How much does Poemia cost?
Downloading and using Poemia is free. Free accounts have daily limits on likes and new conversations. Poemia Premium removes those limits and adds the full list of people who liked you, Super Likes, and an ad-free app.
How do I cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
What is a Super Like?
A Super Like places you at the top of the other person's list instead of in the ordinary queue. It cannot be undone once sent. Premium includes three per billing period, and you can also earn one per day.
What does Boost do?
Boost puts your profile in front of considerably more people for a fixed window of time. While a boost is running you can also see how many people viewed your profile.
Someone is harassing me. What do I do?
Block them — this takes effect immediately and cuts off all contact — and then report the profile so it goes to review. Both actions are available directly from the conversation and from the profile.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from inside the app. See the account deletion page for the exact steps and what happens to your data.
