Billing and renewal

Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store and Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you confirm, and may vary by country.

How to cancel

  • iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Poemia → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: open the Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Poemia → Cancel.
  • Cancelling prevents the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds are handled under their policies, not ours. Request a refund through the store you purchased from.

If a purchase did not credit to your account, write to us with the receipt and we will fix it.

Boost and Super Likes

Boosts and Super Like packs are one-off purchases, not part of the subscription. They are consumed when used and do not renew.
