Who Poemia is for

You must be 18 or older to use Poemia. Accounts belonging to minors are removed, and so are accounts that misrepresent age.

One person, one account. Do not impersonate someone else, and do not use photos of a person who is not you.

Consent is the line

Adults are free to have adult conversations with each other. What makes that acceptable is that both people want it.

Sending explicit content to someone who has not indicated they want it is harassment, not flirting. If someone changes the subject, slows down, or asks you to stop, that is an answer — respect it.

Never allowed

Any sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to sexualise a minor. This is reported to the relevant authorities.
Non-consensual content, including material shared without the subject's permission, and any depiction of coercion.
Harassment, threats, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact.
Hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
Prostitution, trafficking, or the sale of sexual services.
Sharing another person's private information — phone number, address, workplace, photos — without their consent.
Scams, fraud, phishing, and requests for money in any form.
Selling, advertising, or driving traffic to another platform.

How this is enforced

Profile photos pass through automated image moderation before they can appear in discovery.

Conversations are not filtered. What you write to each other stays between you, which is exactly why reporting matters: it is how anything on this list actually gets dealt with.

What happens when someone breaks the rules

Depending on severity and history, an account can be warned, have features restricted, be suspended, or be permanently removed. Serious violations — anything involving minors, coercion, or threats — result in immediate removal without warning.
